1. Acceptance of Terms

This service is operated by AshWeb Inc. (the "Operator" or "we"). By accessing or using Little Again ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

The AshWeb Platform Terms (/platform-terms) also apply to your use of this app. They cover AI-generated content, sharing characters with other users and apps, and reporting content; where they conflict with these Terms, the Platform Terms prevail.

2. Service Description

Little Again lets you create an AI character from one photo of someone you remember — for example a pet that has passed away, or a person at an earlier age — and talk with it, including:

  • Creating the character from a photo you upload
  • Chatting with the character, which remembers what you tell it
  • Asking the character for pictures of itself
  • The character is an AI recreation, not the real person or animal. It can misremember or invent details; it is not a record of real events or of what you said.
  • Private and secure messaging

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Usage Limits and Fair Use

4.1 Credits

  • AI features use credits from your subscription or from a credit pack
  • Each plan and credit pack describes what it includes before you buy
  • Settings → Usage shows how much of your allowance is left

4.2 Fair Use Policy

  • No automated or bot usage without prior approval
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer or extract AI model data
  • Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws

5. AI Companion Interactions

5.1 Nature of AI Companions

  • AI companions are artificial intelligence programs, not real people
  • Conversations are generated by AI models and may contain errors or inconsistencies
  • AI companions do not have real emotions, consciousness, or the ability to form genuine relationships
  • Users should not rely on AI companions for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)

5.2 Content and Conversations

  • All conversations are between you and an AI system
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI responses
  • AI responses should not be treated as professional advice of any kind

5.3 Mental Health Disclaimer

  • This Service is NOT a substitute for professional mental health care
  • If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional
  • AI companions are for entertainment and companionship purposes only

5.4 Child characters

If a character in this app is a child, romantic or sexual content with that character is not allowed.

6. Content Ownership and Data

6.1 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of messages you send
  • You grant us a limited license to process your messages for service operation
  • Conversation data is used to maintain AI memory features

6.2 User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you share, including:

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not sharing content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive
  • Not attempting to use the AI for prohibited purposes

6.3 Photos you upload

  • Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows another person, you must be entitled to use it (for example as their parent, guardian, or next of kin)
  • Characters made from photos are AI recreations, not the person or animal
  • Uploaded photos are sent to our AI providers only to create your character (see the Privacy Policy)

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Subscriptions and credit packs

  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel
  • Cancel at any time: in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings if you subscribed there, or in Settings → Subscription in this app if you paid on the web. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for
  • Subscription credits are an allowance for each period. They are refilled at each renewal, do not carry over, and end when the subscription ends
  • Credits from a credit pack do not expire
  • Prices are shown before you pay. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change for an existing subscription

7.2 Refunds

  • Refund policies are governed by our separate Refund Policy

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

8.2 Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
  • Major changes will be communicated with reasonable notice

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and processing.

10. Prohibited Uses and Reporting

10.1 Prohibited content

You may not create, upload, or share:

  • Sexual content of any kind involving a minor, including fictional characters presented as under 18
  • Sexually explicit content (not available in this app)
  • A real person's name, photo, likeness, or voice without their permission
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Harassment, hate, threats, or content encouraging self-harm
  • Deceptive deepfakes, fraud, or anything illegal

You also agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to extract AI training data or model weights
  • Circumvent any technical limitations or safety features

10.2 Reporting

Use the Report button on a generated image or a chat message to report content that is offensive, sexual, violent, or otherwise breaks these Terms. You can also email support@ashweb.io. To report a character that uses your name, photo, or likeness without permission, email support@ashweb.io.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any emotional distress or psychological effects from AI interactions
  • Any decisions made based on AI companion responses
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenues, or data

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

13.2 Termination by Us

  • We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations
  • We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where AshWeb Inc. is established. This does not take away protections the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Platform Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AshWeb Inc. regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
